This December I have two amazing career opportunities to share, and you can help get me there!
From December 5th to March 2nd I will have two paintings from my We Are Patriarchs series being featured at the Canton Museum of Art in Canton Ohio in their Sacred Voices exhibition. This exhibition will be showcasing top artists from around the world of different faiths and is being held in conjunction with an exhibition of the St. Johns Bible, a huge attraction for the museum.
I am looking to raise $200 to fly to the opening reception for this exhibition so I can meet museum members interested in my work and expose this entirely new museum audience to who I am in real life and the other work that I do.
The Con Artist Collective (which I am a member of) will be exhibiting at Select Fair, as part of Art Basel in Miami. Basel is one of the top fairs in the world and will expose our collective to an international audience of collectors, museum directors and curators.
Exhibiting at Basel has been a professional goal of mine and this opportunity would allow me to have a stake in a more widely seen gallery space among others who are supportive of my work. I am looking to raise $180 ($30 per square foot) to cover the cost of exhibiting one of my new paintings from We Are Patriarchs.
After covering enough funds to get my artwork there, I am also looking to raise $260 so I can fly to Miami and get more attention by being there in person next to my artwork.
